Job Description:
1、Responsible for daily import and export business operation and exception handling, need to load the cabinet (sea or air), warehouse booking.
2、Produce customs declaration required box list, invoice, customs declaration, electronic manual arrangement.
3、Receive the shipping information from the forwarder, and contact with the fleet.
4、Tracking the shipment of containers.
5、Bill of lading verification, notify the bill of lading electric release.
6、Freight company payment request.
7、Other matters, such as: return registration, box list invoice registration.
8、Responsible for the completion of the company’s delivery of other work;
Requirements:
1, college degree or above professional, international trade, management and other related professional experience.
2, more than two years of work experience in customs positions
3、Training experience: training of documentalists, public relations training learning.
4, proficient in customs affairs processing procedures, knowledge of international trade, public relations, legal and other learning.
5, skills and techniques: skilled use of WORD, EXCEL and other office software and documentary credentials, with the basic network learning, with skilled English application and dialogue capabilities.
6, personal qualities: with the inference and decision-making ability. Interpersonal skills, communication skills, influence, planning and execution skills.
7、Language Requirements:Mandarin, Bahasa Indonesia, English.(*)
